Plasma tv is quickly becoming the standard for high-tech television. The demand for plasma tv is rising causing prices to fall. While i wouldn’t go so far to say that there are alot of super cheap plasma tv sets on the market yet, the trend is definitely toward lower prices.

Also, with the number of plasma televisions being sold these days, there is alot more choice available if choosing to purchase a used cheap plasma tv. Of course buying used brings alot more risk into the equation. Personally, I opt for having my purchase being covered by full warranty…but that’s just me.

Cinematic films are produced in 16:9 which is why the edges of the picture are cut off when viewing on a 4:3 screen. You actually miss alot when watching the cinematic format on regular screens.
