Unfortunately, it turns itself off every once in awhile, and we can’t figure out the reason. The last time it happened some black horizontal lines appeared across the screen for a few seconds before the tv turned off then back on. We wonder if there is a power issue, perhaps with the outlet we’re currently using; hopefully, it’s not a defect in the tv itself. If anyone has any other ideas about why this may be happening, please share.
