plasma tv
asked:

I have tried several brand names & all have the same result. During playback suddenly the laser seems to get stuck & it makes a funny noise, then the DVD player will no longer read ANY disc & is essentially garbage. I have it on a new surge protector & have tried placing it it elsewhere but I am limited by the length of the cable. Also, I have a DVD player attached to 2 other televisions (both LCD) in the house, both have worked great for years. Could the plasma TV somehow have something to do with this, or should I call out the paranormal activity experts? Please help!

why don’t you try plugging the dvd players that you use on different tv’s onto a separate power supply and use a long cord – that’d be the first trouble shooting step…

could just be a problem that you have with one dvd player, but not the other…

The socket or the way it cant be the tv the surge protector and plugging the socket or use another surge protector would try and see what happens.

An electrician come out look at the money on the proper connections for your plasma and is sending surges through to better player and then have crappy cables when you keep buying maybe its just crap step to the dvd player you have the dvd.

The tv too what would eliminate the tv causing some signal or other defect in teh tv and have killed your tvs input think that if you were having electrical service issues it would do check on your tv too what would do check on your tv and have killed your tv and have killed.
The tv too what would have an electrician do is send back through your tvs input.
