I live in an apartment so cutting holes in the drywall in NOT an option. I’m looking for something that would help blend in with the wall to hide the 10+ cords I have that are zip tied and just hanging down from the TV to a small stand that holds all of our other electronics.

They sell these molding strips that adhere to your wall in the electronics department at Wal-mart

You want a cable raceway which you can find in better department or hardware stores or some electronics specialty stores.

The molding option you can pick those up at lowes or get them with colors that match your wall already.
