i have a lg plasma screen tv, and it has faint outlines of images burned into it from where it was left on for a long time.i thought there was a way to fix this problem, but it wasn’t listed in the manual or the website. please help me fix this problem; its really annoying.

i’m not sure there is a way to fix it….maybe you should have taken better care to turn it off when you weren’t really watching it.

They don’t go away.
Thats why plasmas burn out and you have to buy a new one.

i have got that exact same tv and it end up being that the little lights got burnt out, so i end up getting a new tv

theres no answer to your problem cause theyre phasing out plasma sreens cause it cant be fixed try to go LCD (liquid crystal display) besides this is a common problem with plasma screens
