It’s measured across from side to side. It doesnt end up being all that much of a difference though.

The frame so 29 tv would only measure about 275 28 diagonally bit of useless information but some people didnt know that.
The diagonal youll find plasmas and lcd tvs are more accurate than the crt ones the.
