I see that services to tune HDTV’s are out there because HDTV’s ship with settings at max, however if it’s tuned correctly one can get the same picture yet lower settings and save the lifespan of equipment and lower power consumption.
So I see tuners/techs out there that do this, such as techs at Best Buy. But since this is a new field and sounds interesting, how does one become educated in order to provide this service?
