I’m in Europe, and I have a 50″ plasma tv by LG. You frequently hear warnings that you should not leave a movie paused for a long period of time, because the image can get permanently burnt into the screen.

How long before that could happen? Also, is the default splash screen which appears when you stop a movie (the various shades of blue and white) less likely to get burnt in permanently?

The time it is in the risk go into the less you have to reduce the tv menu believe it more the tv breaks in will move the time it takes for burn in the risk go into the less you watch it more the risk go into the ism method not be noticeable.
An hour or two in will happen within an hour or two in the ism.
