i have a 50″ plasma and its 103 lbs so i would say about 80-90 lbs

I went onto Newegg.com and looked at the weight of 3 different 42″ plasma TVs. The weights were 54lb, 59lb and 66lb. That’s a average of about 59lb. Get one that supports about 80lb to be safe.
